红豆越橘体外抗氧化和抗细胞增殖活性研究 被引量:21

Antioxidant and Antiproliferative Activities of Lingonberries in vitro

摘要 本文以红豆越橘(Vaccinium Vitis-idaeaL.)为研究对象,在测定其总酚、黄酮和花色苷含量的基础上,研究了红豆越橘提取物对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基、脂质过氧化自由基的清除作用、铁离子螯合能力、铜离子还原能力,同时还测定了提取物的总还原力。并采用MTS法评价对人肠癌HT29细胞和人肝癌HepG2细胞体外增殖的抑制情况。实验结果表明,红豆越橘提取物含有较高的多酚、黄酮和花色苷,有显著的抗氧化性和抗细胞增殖活性,呈明显的剂量依赖关系。 The total contents of phenolic,flavonoid and anthocyanin of Lingonberries(Vaccinium Vitis-idaea L.) were evaluated respectively.The antioxidant activities of Lingonberries were assayed through some methods such as DPPH radicals,ABTS radicals,super-oxideanion radicals,hydrogen radicals,lipid peroxidation,cupric ion reducing antioxidant capacity(CUPRAC),Iron ion chelating ability and reducing power.The inhibition of cancer cell proliferation methods were employed by MTS.The results revealed that Lingonberries has significant antioxidant and antiproliferative activities in vitro.It showed dose-response dependent manner effect.
