摘要
收取药事服务费的难点在于药事服务费如何收取、应该在什么时候收取、该给谁等。本文认为可以通过对药事服务费科学定性、制订合理的收费办法和相关的措施,从而保证药事服务费收取的正常开展。
There are several difficulties in collecting dispensing fee,including how the fee is to be charged,what time is appropriated,who should be charged,etc.To solve these problems,a scientific definition about the dispensing fee should be established,and a reasonable charging method should be formulated to ensure the implementation of dispensing fee charge.
