摘要
目的探讨微钙化对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实并在乳腺钼靶X线摄影片中发现微钙化乳腺疾病患者80例,分析其微钙化的特征在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。结果乳腺癌内微钙化多成簇分布,大多伴有肿块,形态大小各异,密度不一,单个区域数量大多>20个。结论乳腺钼靶X线摄影对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of microcalcifications found by molybdenum target radiography in breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with breast diseases received molybdenum target radiography,the microcalcifications were observed in all the patients.The diagnostic value of the features of microcalcifications in breast cancer were evaluated.Results The microcalcifications of breast cancer usually presented in clusters,varied considerably in size and density,and some masses might be found.Mostly,the number of microcalcifications was more than 20 in single region.Conclusion The features of microcalcifications on molybdenum target radiography are of great value for the diagnoses of breast cancer.
