水利建设项目社会评价是我国水利事业可持续发展的必备环节,本文通过对社会评价的内容、方法、指标及原则的解读,浅谈了水利建设项目的社会效益与影响,并分析了项目社会评价的必要性。
Social evaluation of water construction project is the necessary link of sustainable development of irrigation works in our country. This article discusses the content, method, index and principle of social evaluation, talks about the social benefit and effect of water construction project, analyzes the necessity of social evaluation of projects.
