摘要
以乙醇提取大豆粉末粗卵磷脂,考察了乙醇浓度、提取温度、固液比、提取次数和提取时间等因素对提取率的影响。结果表明,当乙醇浓度为80%,提取温度为40℃,固液比为1∶3.5(g/mL),萃取次数为2次、提取时间为40 m in时,大豆粉末中粗卵磷脂提取率达10.3%。
The crude lecithin from soybean powder was prepared using ethanol.The effect of concentration of ethanol,temperature,ratio of solid to liquid,extraction times and time on extraction rate were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of ethanol,temperature,ratio of solid to liquid,extraction times and extraction time were 80%,40 ℃,1 ∶3.5(g/mL),2 times and 40 min respectively,the extraction rate of crude lecithin from soybean powder was 10.3%.
