摘要
52333Dt是山东农业大学选育出的玉米矮秆突变材料,矮秆性状由一个新的显性单基因控制,暂定名为Dt。在前期研究的基础上,本文对52333Dt的降秆机制进行了初步研究,发现分离群体中矮秆植株比高秆植株平均多一个节间,节间为均匀缩短,平均株高只有高秆植株的49.57%。细胞学研究发现节间缩短是由于细胞伸长受到了抑制。
The maize dwarf mutant 52333 was bred by Shandong Agricultural University. The dwarf trait was controlled by a new single dominant gene, which was temporarily named Dt. Based on previous study, the preliminary research on the dwarfing mechanism was carried out. The results showed that in segregation population, the plant height of dwarf individuals was only 49. 57% of that of the high individuals, and the dwarf individuals had one intemode more than the high individuals on average; the internodes were shortened equally. The cytological observation revealed that the internodes were shortened because the cells stretch in dwarf individuals were inhibited.
