摘要
目的探讨量子点对口腔鳞癌活细胞的影响。方法通过MTT法检测不同浓度量子点对口腔鳞癌细胞活性的影响。结果在4、8h时各实验组与空白对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);在12、16及20h时,除量子点终浓度为20nmol/L组与空白对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他各组与空白对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量子点浓度低于20nmol/L时,对口腔鳞癌细胞活性无明显的影响。
Objective To study the influence of quantum dots on the activity of oral squamous carcinoma cells.Methods Activities of oral squamous carcinoma cells with various concentrations of quantum dots were assessed with MTT assay.Results There was no significant difference in cell activity among groups at 4 and 8 hours (P0.05).Except for that in 20 nmol/L quantum dots group,significant differences in cell activity were observed between experimental groups and control group at 12,16 and 20 hours (P0.05).Conclusion Quantum dots have no significant influence on oral cell carcinoma activity with concentration lower than 20 nmol/L.
