摘要
目的探讨隧道式瘘管切除术治疗高位肛瘘的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年以来我科采用隧道式瘘管切除术治疗的26例高位肛瘘患者病例资料。结果全部病例一次手术治愈，无严重并发症，创口愈合时间平均为18d，随访1～3年未见复发。结论隧道式瘘管切除术治疗高位肛瘘效果满意，与经典的挂线法相比并发症少，疗程短。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tunnel - type fistula resection for the treatment of high anal fistula. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with high anal fistula who had undergone tunneltype fistula resection in our department since 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were cured after the primary operation. No serious complications occurred. The average wound healing time was 18 d and the average hospital stay was 7 d. Follow - up for 1 to 3 years showed no recurrence. Conclusion Tunnel - type fistula resection is effective in the treatment of high anal fistula with few complications and short hospital duration.
