摘要
因血吸虫重组疫苗是一种弱免疫原,佐剂在提呈这种弱免疫原上起着十分重要的作用。本实验结果显示日本血吸虫成虫粗抗原与佐剂FCA、Fe(OH)+3、Fe(OH)-3、鱼油及参环毛蚓分别免疫小鼠,所得减虫率分别为33.39%、41.89%、35.43%、40.3%、48.75%。其中,Fe(OH)-3与FCA、Fe(OH)+3与鱼油之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但后两者效果显著优于前两者(P<0.01),参环毛蚓的效果又显著优于Fe(OH)+3和鱼油(P<0.01)。
