摘要
神经内科常遇到一些危重患者如：急性脑血管病合并慢性支气管炎的昏迷患者,脑炎或缺氧性脑病的昏迷患者,由于咳嗽反射减弱或消失,长时间卧床,呼吸道分泌物增多而不能自行排痰,当呼吸道深部的痰不能吸出时,常常需要作气管切开.因此,在神经内科病房中,气管切开术后的护理是非常重要的,本文将就这方面的一些护理体会作一简单总结如下.
The nerve internal medicine department often runs into some seriously injured patients for example： Acute cerebrovascular disease merge chronic bronchitis stupor patient, encephalitis or anoxic brain illness stupor patient, because the cough reflection weakens or vanishing, but the long time bed,the respiratory tract secretion increases cannot arrange the phlegm voluntarily, when the respiratory tract depth portion phlegm cannot the aspiration,needs to make a great effort the tube incision frequently. Therefore,in the nerve internal medicine ward, after tracheotomy technique nursing is extremely important, this article will make a simple summary on this aspect some nursing experience as follows.
