摘要
为了解决NaNO2-Al(NO3)3法测定香椿总黄酮含量时数据偏高的问题,将NaNO2-Al(NO3)3法与AlCl3法作比较。结果表明:NaNO2-Al(NO3)3法比AlCl3法测定的香椿总黄酮含量高59.96 mg/g。AlCl3法可消除干扰,提高数据的准确度,其适宜酸度pH≥5.5,干扰试验的平均误差为0.007 mg,测定回收率98.54%,样品测定的相对标准差为0.468%。
In order to solve a problem of result deviation of flavone content in Toona sinensis leaf. A comparison was made for determination of flavones in Toona sinensis leaf by both NaNO2-Al(NO3)3 method and AlCl3 method. It concluded that the result of NaNO2-Al (NO3)3 method was higher about 59.96 mg/g than that of AlCl3 method. AlCl3 method can eliminate the interference and improve the accuracy. The fittest pH is 5.5. Experiment and research on interference indicates that average errors is 0.007 mg and the recovery is 98.54%. Relative standard deviation of sample detection is 0.468%.
