摘要
目的为了防止胸腰椎爆裂性骨折术后发生各种并发症。方法总结25例Denis分类TypeB型胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者围手术期的护理,术前做好心理护理及术前评估,术后严密观察病情,做好体位、切口引流管护理,有效地功能锻炼及出院指导,防止各种并发症。结果术后25例患者均顺利出院,无护理并发症发生。结论胸腰椎爆裂性骨折围手术期护理获得了良好的临床疗效,术后效果良好。
OBJECTIVE To prevent the complications after the operation. METHODS A total of 25 Type B Denis chest lumbar vertebra explosive bone fracture patients were summarized to apply the multi-stage vertebral arch root bolt vertebral arch root bolt to add the hook good system rear guard, the psychological nursing and the evaluation were made before operation. The condition change was strictly observed, the body posture nursing and incision drainage tube nursing were completed. The complications had been prevented by the effective functional exercise and the guidance for leaving the hospital. RESULTS All of 25 postoperative cases were recovered without nursing complications occurred to the patients. CONCLUSION The nursing for the chest lumbar vertebra explosive bone fracture during perioperative time has achieved a good clinical curative effect, and the prognosis is good.
