不同包装方式对冬枣贮藏效果的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different packing methods on storage quality of winter jujube

摘要 以冬枣为试材,在常温条件下(18~20℃),研究硅窗和打孔包装对冬枣的贮藏保鲜效果。定期统计其转红指数、腐烂指数和软果率,同时测定硬度、Vc、总糖、总酸及乙醇含量等指标的变化,分析表明:硅窗和打孔包装对冬枣的保鲜效果均优于对照组,打孔包装效果明显优于硅窗组,试验条件下以打2个孔保鲜效果最佳。 Experiment was conducted with the fruit of winter jujube cultivar for studying the storage quality by using silicon windows and punch packaging under normal temperature(18 ~20 ℃).The turning red index,de-caying index and soft fruit ratio were examined regularly.At the same time,the hardness,ascorbic acid,total sugar,total acid and ethanol content were determined.The result shows that: silicon window and drilling package were,for storage,better than the comparison group.Packing punch group was better than silicon window group obviously.Punching two holes made the best results under the experimental conditions.
