摘要
研究了萃取溶剂比、功率、时间对萃取得率的影响,确定了微波萃取火龙果种籽油脂的最佳工艺条件为:萃取功率为495 W,萃取溶剂比为1∶12,萃取时间为180 s,此条件下的油脂产率约为30%。影响萃取产率大小的因素顺序为:功率>溶剂比>时间。
This paper studis the effection of solvent ratio,power,time on the oil productive rate of white pitaya seed kernel by MAE,The best method of MAE is: extraction power,495 W,extraction solvent ratio 1∶12,and extraction time 180 s.The oil productive rate of white pitaya seed kernel is 30%,under above conditions.The dominant affecting factors involved with productive rate are power,solvent ratio and time in turn.
