摘要
本文通过对冲孔液压机的主液压缸结构及其液压系统进行分析,找出主缸下腔进油口产生裂纹并导致漏油的原因,并对其液压系统进行技术改造。避免了类似故障导致停产。
Through an analysis about the main cylinder structure of punching hydraulic press and its hydraulic in this article, the reason of fiture happen in the lower part of tube in an oil inlet and oil leaking was found, so we have carried out a technical improvement to its hydraulic system thus this kind of accident that could be caused production stope was avoided.
