摘要
随着人们对中小企业在经济社会发展中的地位和功能认识加深,尤其是在经历了国际金融危机后,中小企业再次成为世界各国理论界关注的热点。本文结合世界中小企业发展历程,对经济学和管理学历史长河中涉及到中小企业的理论做一简要梳理和重点归纳,并将中小企业理论研究大致分为初涉中小企业的理论探讨、企业理论框架下对中小企业的研究和逐步形成相对独立的学科体系等三个阶段。
Along with SME in economic and social development of the position and function of knowledge, especially in the international financial crisis, the SMEs has once again become the focus of theory circle around the world. Based on the development of SMEs of economics and management, the history of SMEs involved in theory and a brief summarizing and SME theory research into early to explore the theory of SMEs, enterprises under the theoretical framework of the SME research and gradually form the relatively independent discipline system.
