栀子黄色素提取工艺参数的优化 被引量:6

The Optimized Parameters of Extracting Yellow Pigment from Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides Ellis) Fruit

摘要 采用水提取法和乙醇提取法研究溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比对栀子黄色素提取效果的影响。结果表明,水提取法和乙醇提取法对栀子黄色素提取液的色价、OD值、提取率等指标无显著差异,提取温度30℃、料液比1:10、提取时间1h的水提取法有利于节省时间、能源和成本,为最优提取方法。 Yellow pigment from Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides Ellis) fruit was extracted by the methods of aqueous extraction and alcoholic extraction.The effects of solvent concentration,extracting temperature,extracting time,and the ratio of gardenia fruit to water or alcohol on extracting yield of yellow pigment from gardenia fruit were investigated.The results showed as follows:there were no obvious differences on color value,OD value and extracting rate of extracting solution of yellow pigment from gardenia fruit between the extracting methods of aqueous extraction and alcoholic extraction.The optimized parameters of extracting yellow pigment from Gardenia fruit by the method of aqueous extraction were the ratio of Gardenia fruit to water 1:10,extracting temperature 30 ℃ and extracting time 1 h,which could reduce extracting time,energy and cost.
