摘要
目的了解大鼠磨牙在牙槽骨缺损修复区的移动情况。方法选择22只Wistar雌性大鼠,于上颌右侧第一磨牙近中去骨形成牙槽骨缺损区,在缺损区填入经烧结的羟基聚磷酸钙钠,左侧作对照侧。待术后12周在20只大鼠上颌双侧安装正畸加力装置牵引上颌第一磨牙近中移动,于术后20周测量上颌第一磨牙近中移动距离并行统计学分析。结果20只大鼠修复侧与正常对照侧第一磨牙近中移动距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙槽骨缺损修复区可以进行正畸牙齿移动,修复侧牙齿移动距离与正常对照侧无显著差别。
Objective:To observe the movement of rats' molar in the area of defective alveolar bone filled with hydroxyl poly calcium sodium phosphate(HPPA).Methods:HPPA was filled in the defective alveolar in 22 female Wistar rats.Orthodontic appliances were fixed to draw the first maxillary molar of 20 rats after 12 weeks.The movement distances of the first maxillary molar were measured and analyzed statistically after 20 weeks.Results: There was no significant difference in the first molar movement distances between the area filled with materials and that in the contralateral side(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The rats' tooth can be moved with orthodontic force in the alveolar filled with materials.There is no significant difference in the distance of tooth movement between the area filled with materials and that in the contralateral side.
