摘要
在信息传媒影响力剧增的环境下,编辑工作专门立法具有有效维护编辑正当权益、进一步真正捍卫作者合法权益和更有效维持正常编辑工作秩序三方面现实价值。从总则、编辑权利义务、作者在编辑工作中的权利义务、编辑工作流程、奖励与法律责任五方面出发,完成编辑工作专门立法的具体设计,以推动我国编辑文化事业的发展。
Under the circumstance of information medium influence become more and more enlarger, special legislation of edit obtain great practical values at three aspects, including protect editors＇ justice rights effectively, protect writers＇ legal rights indeed in further and protect normal editorial order more effectively. From the following five aspects of clauses in the legislation, including general clauses, editors＇ rights and liabilities, writers＇ rights and liabilities in the editorial process, concrete editorial process, encouraging and legal lia- bilities, we can finish the concrete design for the special legislation of edit and improve Chinese edit cultural undertakings development.
