摘要
转化生长因子β是骨代谢调节中重要的相关因子,它能刺激成骨细胞增殖、分化,促进细胞外基质的合成,减少骨转换,促进骨与软骨的形成,加速破骨细胞凋亡。因此在骨质疏松症的发病过程中起着重要作用,备受人们重视。本文就其与骨质疏松症相关性进行综述。
Transforming growth factor-β is an important regulator of bone metabolism-related factors,It can stimulate osteoblast proliferation,differentiation and promote extracellular matrix synthesis,reduction of bone turnover,promote bone and cartilage formation and accelerate osteoclast apoptosis.Therefore,it plays an important role in the process in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,which attracts much attention of people.In this paper,we make an overview of the relevance of the transforming growth factor β and osteoporosis.
