摘要
本文分析了农民工回乡创业存在的主要问题:创业资金不足、创业环境缺乏公平、创业者素质有待提高、回乡创业投资盲目性大、回乡创业缺乏人才支撑等问题。重点提出了拓宽创业资金融资渠道、营造创业政策服务环境、构建创业人才培训模式、加强创业市场信息引导、建立农民工创业协会等对策措施,希望能促进农民工回乡创办的企业得到可持续的发展。
By analyzing the problems of peasant workers returning home to start their own business, including lack of venture capital, lack of fair business environment, entrepreneur＇s quality being improved, and lack of talent team, this paper focuses on measures about broadening source of venture capital, cultivating talent team and environment and setting up peasant workers association for peasant workers, so as to promote sustainable development of peasant workers enterprises.
