复合固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-TiO_2催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯 被引量:6

Synthesis of Tributyl Citrate Catalyzed by Compound Solid Superacid SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-TiO_2

摘要 以复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Ti O2为催化剂合成了柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC),考察了催化剂用量、投料比和反应终点温度对反应的影响,用傅立叶变换红外光谱对产品进行了结构表征。结果表明,优化的合成反应条件为:催化剂用量(以总投料量质量计)1.5%~2.0%、投料比n(柠檬酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶(4.5~5.0)、反应终点温度140~145℃、反应时间3.5 h,此时酯化率达98.5%以上,产品质量达到或超过国家优级品标准。催化剂可重复使用5次,酯化率仍保持98.5%左右,且无腐蚀、环境污染小、再生容易。 Tributyl citrate(TBC)was synthesized using compound solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 as catalyst.The effects of the dosage of catalyst SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2,the molar ratio of raw materials and the terminal reaction temperature on the reaction were studied.The product structure was analyzed by means of IR spectroscopy.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of TBC over SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 were as follows: dosage of catalyst(based on the mass of total reactant) was 1.5%~2.0%;molar ratio of citric acid to n-butanol was 1∶(4.5~5.0);terminal reaction temperature was 140~145℃ and reaction time was 3.5 h.The yield reached over 98.5% under the optimum conditions and the product quality met or exceeded national quality product standard.The catalyst,which had no corrosion and little environmental pollution and was easy to regenerate,could be used repeatedly for 5 times with the yield still around 98.5%.
