摘要
在高精度三轴磁通门磁强计的设计中,均匀的反馈磁场有助于提高仪器输出的温度稳定性和线性度,同时也可在一定程度上减小由于磁强计各个分量互扰产生的零点偏移。通过简单的物理模型计算,提出了球形反馈线圈的设计方案,并给出了ansys电磁场仿真结果及反馈线圈内部磁场均匀性测试实验结果。经过测试,在此基础上制作的实验样机的线性度达到0.0038%FS,灵敏度温度系数达到0.0000755%FS/℃,且噪声性能也达到9.0807pT/(Hz)~(1/2)。
Homogeneous feedback magnetic field is helpful in improving the performance parameters of three axial fluxgate magnetometer, such as linearity and temperature coefficient. A simple theoretical model of spherical feedback coil is described in this paper; and the simulation result of the magnetic field produced by this coil is shown. Test experiment result of the internal field homogeneity is also given. On the basic of the model, a prototype magnetometer has been manufactured. Test results indicate that the linearity of the prototype reaches to 0.003 8%FS, its sensitivity temperature coefficient reaches to 0.000 075 5%FS/℃ and the noise performance reaches to 9.080 7 pT/(Hz)~(1/2) at 1 Hz.
