摘要
通过对带式输送机机架的结构分析,找出其结构对称的特点;运用隔离体(截面法)受力分析法对输送机机架所受外力进行分析,并根据基础螺栓变形协调条件及力矩平衡理论,构建带式输送机机架基础螺栓荷载的计算模型,得出带式输送机机架基础荷载的简便计算方法。
According to the structural analysis of belt conveyor frame,symmetrical feature of frame was found,and the isolating force analysis（section force analysis）was used to analyze the force imposing on the belt conveyor frame.Moreover,according to the deformation coordination condition of anchor bolts and the torque balance theory,the computation model of anchor bolts loading of the belt conveyor frame was set up,and a simplified method of computing the foundation loading of belt conveyor frame was obtained.
