Content Determination on Total Polyphenol in Eggplant Root

摘要 采用改进的Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定茄根中总多酚的含量。结果表明,对照品标准曲线在0.0096~0.0768mg线性关系良好。茄根的75%乙醇提取物中总多酚的平均含量为0.272%,RSD为0.98%;平均加标回收率为97.47%,RSD为3.64%。 The content of total polyphenol in eggplant root was determined by using improved Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry.The results showed that in the range of 0.009 6-0.076 8 mg,the linear relationship of standard curve of reference substance was good.The average content of total polyphenol in 75% alcohol extract from eggplant root was 0.272% and its RSD was 0.98%.The average recovery of standard addition of this method and its RSD were 97.47% and 3.64% resp.
