一种新型抗凝析油起泡剂的研制与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对起泡剂耐温、耐盐及抗凝析油的性能特点,结合中海油某油气田气藏的特点,同时根据表面活性剂的起泡和稳泡性能,研制出了一种新型抗凝析油起泡剂。对该新型抗凝析油起泡剂进行一系列性能评价,得出新型抗凝析油起泡剂在室温下蒸馏水含40%的凝析油中,泡沫质量分数77%,半衰期14.67min;在140℃下含40%的凝析油的某油田地层水中泡沫质量分数70%,半衰期5min。该起泡剂与某油田压裂液添加剂配伍性能良好,适合该压裂液体系。 In view of the performance characteristics of anti-temperature,anti-salinity,and anti-condensate of foaming agent,a new condensate foaming agent was prepared combining with the characteristics of China Chunxiao oil and gas fields,and the foaming and foam stability performance of surfactant.After a series of evaluation of the performance of the new anticoagulant condensate foaming agent,the result showed that the bubble mass fraction was 77% of the new anti-condensate foaming agent,and the half-life was 14.67min in 40% condensate oil at room temperature.Compared with Chunxiao Oilfield,the bubble mass fraction was 70%,and the half-life was 5 min in 40% condensate oil at 140℃ in the Pinghu P3 stratum water.As a result,the foaming agent was suitable for the fracturing fluid system in Chunxiao Oilfield.
