摘要
通过对活塞和活塞销的工作状况的分析,应用有限元法设计活塞异形销孔型线,使得活塞销孔的应力分布趋向均匀,有效地解决了发动机增压强化后由于应力集中而造成活塞销座出现裂纹的现象。
This paper describes FEA optimization of contour of pin hole by analyzing working conditions of piston and piston pin. This measure makes homogeneous stress distribution of pin hole possible, and prevents pin boss cracking caused by stress concentration following turbo - charging and reinforcing.
