摘要
目的:测定青礞石中无机元素的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析青礞石中的无机元素,用SPSS16.0对数据进行主成分和相关性分析。结果:检测了青礞石药材中的25种元素,其中Si、Fe、Mg、Al、Ca、K、Na等7个元素为主要成分,累积贡献率达到90.700%。多种元素间有一定的相关性。重金属及有害元素中Hg、Cr、Cd、Cu均检出,Pb、As部分样品未检出。建立了青礞石无机元素的特征谱图。结论:为青礞石药材的有效性、安全性评价及质量标准制定提供了科学的参考依据。
Objective：To determine the contents of the inorganic elements in Chloriti Lapis.Methods：The samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrography（ICP-MS） and the date of correlations and principal compotents were analyzed with the SPSS16.0 software.Results：25 inorganic elements were determined,and there are some correlations among the inorganic elements.In addition to the element Si,Fe,Mg,Al,Ca,K,Na are major elements and cumulative reach 90.700%.The content of Hg,Cr,Cd,Cu are checkout in all samples,Pb and As are not.Heavy metals and harmful elements should be cause for concern.The feature recognition chart of inorganic elements in Chloriti Lapis is established as well.Results：This paper provided a scientific reference for the quality analysis,safety assessment and quality standard established of Chloriti Lapis.
