摘要
随着大学英语教学改革的不断推进，大学英语教材领域也随之发生变化。在计算机网络与外语课程整合和外语通识教育的双重背景下，大学英语教材的通识化转向成为发展的必然趋势，本文在回顾大学英语教材演变和发展的基础上，认为大学英语教材应该根据学校背景和学科专业的不同，向EAP和ESP方向发展。同时基于语料库和虚拟语境下的大学英语教材设计将是未来大学英语教材开发的一个趋势，进而实现大学英语教材真正的“立体化”。
With the advancement of the reform in college English teaching, college textbooks are also keeping paces with time. Under the double background of the integration of computer and a network into foreign language curriculum and foreign language general education, the turning point to general education of college English textbooks is the inevitable trend. The paper reviews the development of college English textbooks, and proposes the EAP and ESP development trend of college English textbooks. At the same time, college English textbooks designing based on the corpus-based and virtual context is another new trend in future, and implements the real all-encompassing textbooks.
