摘要
简述了智能变电站的技术内涵和框架结构,指出了智能变电站是依托数字化变电站的物理技术构架、融入状态检修管理和智能高级应用等功能的综合体。提出了一种面向未来、适应智能电网要求的智能变电站系统实现方案,借鉴IEC 61850中功能自由分配的概念,对变电站各种功能进行重新梳理、合理合并,提出未来智能变电站从功能上可分为设备层和系统层结构。结合国内研究和建设情况,对智能变电站今后的发展提出了建议。
The technical connotation and frame structure of smart substation were presented briefly.It was pointed out that the smart substation is a synthesis that is based on the physical technical structure of digital substation and integrated with the functions of state maintenance management and the smart advanced application.A smart substation system realization scheme facing the future and meeting the requirements of the smart grid was proposed.Taking the free distribution concept of the functions in IEC61850 as the reference,the various functions of the substation were recarded and combined reasonably.It was proposed that the future substation can be divided into the device layer and the system layer based on the functions.In combination with the domestic study and construction situation,the sug-gestions for the future development of the substation were proposed.
