摘要
目的:为我国医院现代化药房建设和发展提供参考。方法:结合我院开展自动化药房和数字化药房建设的实践进行探讨。结果:通过自动化门诊药房、自动化中药房、住院药房自动化摆药等工作的开展,实现新型的自动化药房调剂模式;通过建立和实施药品调剂全方位网络化管理,应用药品条形码辅助管理系统和数字化药库管理系统、无线电子标签发药系统、临床合理用药计算机网络系统等,实现了数字化药房管理模式。结论:我院通过建设自动化药房和数字化药房,使药房的调剂工作模式和工作质量有了突破性进展,体现了现代化药房的建设和发展方向。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the construction and the development of modem pharmacy in hospitals in China. METHODS： The construction and development of modem pharmacy were discussed based on the practice of the automatic and digital pharmacy in our hospital. RESULTS： By establishing the automatic outpatient pharmacy, automatic Chinese traditional medicine pharmacy and automatic drug dispensing system, new dispensing mode was carried out. The digital management model of hospital pharmacy was achieved by constructing general network and information management system, standard dispensing standard, drug code assistant management system, digital management system, wireless RFID dispensing system, drug use network system, etc. CONCLUSION： By practice of the automatic and digital pharmacy in our hospital, there is the obvious development of drug dispensing mode, which reflect the construction and development direction of modem pharmacy.
