摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定多种维生素注射液(13)中维生素A、维生素K1和维生素E含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:DiamonsilC18,流动相:甲醇,流速:2.0mL·min-1,检测波长:265nm。结果:维生素A、维生素K1和维生素E的检测浓度线性范围分别为60~240μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)、74~296μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)、4~16mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为99.9%、99.9%、100.1%(RSD=0.35%、0.32%、0.20%)。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,可同时测定多种维生素注射液(13)中维生素A、维生素K1和维生素E的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish RP-HPLC method for the content determination of vitamin A, vitamin K1, vitamin E in Multivitamin injection (13). METHODS: The determination was performed on Diamonsil C18 column, with mobile phase consisted of methanol at a flow rate of 2.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges were 60-240 μg·mL^-1 for vitamin A (r=0.999 7), 74-296 μg·mL^-1 for vitamin K1 (r=0.999 9) and 4416 mg·mL^-1 for vitamin E (r=0.999 8). The average recoveries were 99.9% (RSD=0.35%), 99.9% (RSD=0.32%), 100.1% (RSD=0.20%). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible for simultaneous determination of vitamin A, vitamin K1 and vitamin E in Multivitamin injection (13).
