摘要
壳聚糖作为一种阳离子聚电解质，由于其良好的生物相容性、原料易得及价格便宜而倍受从事生物微胶囊研究的科学工作者的关注。本文综述了壳聚糖和海藻酸钠制备生物微胶囊的原理、方法、影响因素和应用背景。
Chitosan,an cationic polyelectrolyte,has attracted much attention in the area of biomicroencapsulation due to its good biocompatibility and low price owing to its plenty of sources.In this paper,the principle,methods and factors of preparing Chitosan/Alginate microcapsule and its applications are reviewed.
