摘要
利用三维CAD软件建立焊接结构齿轮箱三维有限元模型,通过有限元分析软件模拟齿轮箱体在实际运行工况下的变形和应力,经过计算对比,在科学的依据下,对箱体的强度和刚度进行改进,使经常失效的焊接结构齿轮箱在改进后强度和刚度有明显的提高,使用寿命延长5倍以上。
By 3D CAD software,the welding structure finite element model of gear box is established,using the finite element analysis software,the gear box deformation and stress in the actual operating conditions are simulated.Through the contrast calculation,the box strength and stiffness are improved,and service life is extension of more than five times.
