阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征围手术期综合处理对降低手术风险的意义 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apneah ypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)围手术期综合处理对降低手术风险的意义。方法回顾性分析行悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗的106例OSAHS患者的围手术期综合处理:包括手术适应证的选择、合并症的控制、心理治疗、抗生素应用、吸氧等术前干预,麻醉方法及药物选择、手术技巧、术中彻底止血等术中系统化处理措施。结果出现术后并发症7例(6.6%),其中原发性出血5例,1例出血较剧,重返手术室止血,4例术后轻微渗血。2例出现咽异感症。无呼吸道梗阻及心脑血管意外等并发症出现。结论 OSAHS患者围手术期危险性高,加强围手术期综合处理,可以防止重大并发症发生。
