船用柴油机复杂零件架虚拟加工系统开发 被引量:1

Virtual Machining Process System for Marine Diesel Engine Frame

摘要 缩短缸盖等复杂零件的制造周期并确保机械加工工艺系统的安全性,成为船用柴油机制造企业关注的焦点问题。以柴油机机架零件加工为例,借助数控加工工艺系统仿真软件VER ICUT,建立虚拟加工中心模型,利用宏程序进行附件头运动定义、刀具运动定义及特殊指令定义,利用Auto-d iff功能进行碰撞检查、程序优化等,实现船用柴油机机架加工过程的仿真,可缩短机架的加工程序调试时间,提高产品试切成功率和机架加工工艺系统的安全性。 It has been the key problem of the shipbuilding enterprises that how to meet variable market need,shorten the development time and ensure the safety of the machining process system.Combined with the actual marine diesel engine frame machining process system,the virtual one was built based on VERICUT which mainly including the model of the virtual pentahedron machining center.Attachment movement,tool movement and special instruction were defined using macro program.The Auto-diff function was used to check compact and optimize program.The simulation of marine diesel engine frame machining is realized to shorten the debugging time of the frame machining program and to improve the success rate of test cutting and the safety of the machining process system.
