摘要
采用基于PROFIBUS现场总线的触摸屏和PLC设计压装机控制系统。介绍该控制系统硬件的选型、伺服系统的设计和软件的设计。PLC提高控制系统的可靠性、增强系统的抗干扰能力,触摸屏则为整个控制系统提供良好的人机操作界面,加上伺服控制具有自动、快速、精密的优点,使整个压装控制系统的可靠性提高、运行成本降低。
Pressure capacity control system was designed adopting touch screen and PLC based on PROFIBUS.The selection of the hardware and the design of the servo and the software were introduced.Reliability is improved and anti-interference capability of the system is enhanced by PLC,while a good human-machine interface is provided by touch screen.Coupled with the advantages of automatic,high-speed and precision of servo,reliability of the pressure capacity control system is improved and operating cost is increased.
