摘要
研究了在连续退火生产工艺下退火温度以及带钢退火均热段保温时间对45号钢再结晶后珠光体球化的影响。采用Vatron公司设备Multipas(多功能连续退火模拟器)进行不同均热温度及不同退火时间等工艺模拟。结果表明:45号钢在均热时间为170 s和250 s时,退火均热温度在820℃时珠光体打碎效果较好,能得到相应球化组织,伸长率较高;均热时间过短(125 s),均热温度较低(780、800℃)时珠光体团体积较大,对45号钢伸长率影响不利。
The effect of the soak section time and annealing temperature during continuous annealing process of No. 4:5 steel on spheroidizing of pearlite after recrystallization was studied. Multi-functional continuous annealing simulator was used to simulate annealing experiments of different sheet speed and annealing temperature. The results show that in the condition of lab, a good effect of speroidizing and higher elongation value can be obtained when the Soak section time is 170 s or 250 s and annealing temperature is 820 ℃. Lower soak temperature(780, 800 ℃ ) and shorter soak time(125 s) will lead to density pearlite colony and lower elongation value.
