摘要
对产油微生物的特点进行了介绍,并对主要微生物如酵母、霉菌、细菌、显微藻类各自的产油情况进行了分析。微生物油脂目前存在的主要问题是产油率低、成本较高,但是微生物油脂应用广泛。随着研究的深入,微生物油脂有望实现工业化生产并在营养保健、新油源开发及生物柴油原料等方面具有发展前景。
The characteristics of oils-producing microorganisms were introduced.The oils and oils-producing capacity of the main microorganisms,such as yeast,mold,bacteria and microscopic alga,were analyzed.In present the main problems on microbial oils were low oils-producing capacity and high cost,but the microbial oils were widely used.With further research,the microbial oils production was expected to realize industrialization,and the microbial oils had wide prospect on application in nutrition and health oil,new oil source and biodiesel feedstock.
