论述了科学决策在大型石油化工企业中的作用和地位,以及它迅速发展的背景条件。指出决策分析是实现科学管理的中心环节。讨论了石油化工企业模型化中应加以注意的若干问题。列举了一个例子:对炼制国产胜利原油的炼厂改炼阿拉伯轻油,预测了装置规模和经济效益的变化。
This paper addresses the importance and role of successful decision-making in the large scale petrochemical enterprises. The paper describes the background of its widespread applications and points out that decision-making analysis is the core to realize scientific management in the large scale petrochemical plants. This article also mentions some issues which attention should be paid to in its modeling. A case study in the paper illustrates how the model is used to oversee the changes in equipment scale and its economic benefits by shifting the feed stocks form Shengli heavy oil to the Arabian light oil.
