摘要
档案服务社会化指档案部门向社会公众提供的专业服务,在国外、特别是发达国家受到普遍重视。当前国际档案界通过理论研讨形成了"休闲利用观",发达国家也在档案利用服务实践中强化文化休闲色彩。本文解析休闲利用观的基本内涵,并归纳国外档案利用服务社会化的实践特点和成功经验。
Foreign countries,especially the developed countries attach importance to archival social service which means archival institutions make archives available to the public.In 2000,the 14th International Congress on Archives discussed archival use in leisure time,and from that on the national archives of many foreign countries had made progresses in the archival service practice.The article explains the definition of archival use in the leisure time and describes the characteristics and successful experience of archival service practice.
