摘要
转基因小麦研究已被列入国家科技重大专项,对我国小麦生产能力的进一步提高具有重要意义。建立小麦转基因安全评价体系,对转基因小麦的安全风险进行系统研究,有助于厘清转基因小麦的安全忧虑,促进转基因小麦的产业化。本文对转基因抗病小麦生物安全相关的主要研究进展进行了评述,阐述了目前国际上小麦转基因研究的主要目标基因、安全性及其评价方法,有助于建立我国转基因小麦的安全评价技术体系,保障转基因小麦的健康发展。
Transgenic technology has been chosen as the key technology to increase wheat production and improve the food supply.Wheat is one of the most important food crops in China.In order to elucidate the biosafety of transgenic wheat,it's crucial to establish biosafety evaluation system for transgenic wheat and it's helpful to transgenic wheat commercialization.This paper reviews the research advances of transgenic wheat with disease resistance in the world,including the available genes,their environmental safety evaluation and risk analysis,which would benefit to setting up the biosafety e-valuation system in China and ensuring the progress of transgenic wheat step by step.
