中药四性数学模型的建立与实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨中药四性研究的思路,建立状态函数数学模型,并进行实验验证。方法根据中药与人体作用四性的生物物理学特征,根据热力学第一定律、Hess定律建立关系式,并以寒、热、平性中药验证。结果建立了中药四性测定的通用数学模型,由此模型可知,中药作用于机体所体现的四性为中药代谢热焓与机体热焓改变值之差,也可用中药代谢热焓与标准平性物质热焓之差表示。当该值小于零时,机体向环境放热,中药体现热性,反之,中药体现寒性。黄连、吴茱萸、甘草的代谢热焓差值分别为15 327±6 812J.g-1,-169 002±75 664J.g-1,252.0±553.5J.g-1,分别体现为寒性、热性与平性。结论中药四性为生物能转化的热力学研究范畴,用热力学第一定律、Hess定律所建立的四性状态函数数学模型可用于研究中药四性属性。 Objective To explore the skelecton of the four properties and establish their mathematical model of state function for Chinese Materia Medica(CMM) and to have validated by experiment.Method The expressions have been established by the characters intrinsic with reaction on the CMM with human body,and the first law of thermodynamics,as well as Hess law.The validated experiment has carried out by chilly,hot,neutral CMM.Results The four property model has been established for CMM,by which it was known that the four properties of CMM,producing by them reacting on human body,were represented with the differences between CMM metabolic enthalpy and human body combustion enthalpy.The CMM was chilly property if the enthalpy differences were less than zero,meanwhile the human body emitted heat,otherwise,the CMM was hot property if enthalpy differences were more than zero,the human body absorbed heat,as well as the neutral property if enthalpy differences was equal to zero.The metabolic enthalpies of Coptis chinensis,Fructus evodiae rutaecarpae,Glycyrrhiza uralensis were 15 327±6 812 J.g-1,-169 002±75 664 J·g-1,252.0 ±553.5 J·g-1 respectively suggested that they behaved chilly,hot,neutral properties.Conclusion The four properties for the CMM have of thermodynamic fields for transformation of biologic energies.The series of mathematical models for state functions will been established by the first thermodynamic law and Hess law and able to determine CMM four properties
