摘要 随着可编程序控制器(PLC)功能的不断完善和无线通讯技术的迅猛发展,基于无线通讯和PLC相结合的应用也日益广泛,无线通讯具有有线技术无法或很难取代的优势,具有多种优点。本文即结合无线通讯与PLC的功能设计并实现供水处理系统接入全厂集中监控系统的解决方案,对方案的多方面进行介绍,包括无线通信简介、无线通信集中监控系统的设计与实施、无线通信设备选择、控制要求的实现、方案实施后的优点等。基于无线通讯和PLC的供水处理集中监控系统应用后运行稳定,实现了集中监视,方便运行人员的管理和故障处理,提高了电站的自动化水平和安全稳定运行。 With the function is continuous improvement of the programmable logic controller (PLC) and rapid development of wireless communication technology, the application integration is also in creasingly widely based on wireless communication and PLC, the wireless communication has the advantage which the wired technology is unable or very difficult to replace, has many kinds of merits. This article is combines the functions of wireless communications and PLC design and realizes the water supply for centralized supervision and control system, introduce many aspects of the plan, ineluding the wireless communication synopsis, design and implementation the wireless communication centralized supervision and control system, selection of the wireless communication equipment, realize of the control requirements, the plan implementation merit and so on. The water supply for centralized supervision and control system based on wireless communication and PLC is stable after the application ,has realized the centralism surveillance, operating personnel to facilitate the management and failure processing, increase the automation level of the Hydropower and the safe steady operation.
