摘要
目的研究高原环境下大鼠运动性疲劳后学习记忆能力的改变。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为兰州安静对照及运动疲劳组、高原安静对照及运动疲劳组。高原组由兰州引入到可可西里高原(4767m),采用跑台方式建立重度疲劳模型;运用Morris水迷宫记录大鼠学习记忆能力;采用DNA原位末端标记法检测海马神经元凋亡。结果高原低氧及重度疲劳均不同程度地影响大鼠学习记忆能力的改变;且高原组大鼠海马神经元凋亡数目明显多于兰州组。结论高原环境重度疲劳可致大鼠海马神经元损伤,神经元凋亡数目增多,从而影响学习记忆能力的改变。
【Objective】To investigate the influences of exercise-induced fatigue to rats'learning and memory in the environment of plateau.【Methods】32 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:Lanzhou control group,severe fatigue group in Lanzhou plateau control group,severe fatigue group in plateau.Rats were taken from Lanzhou to kekexili plateau(4767 m).Treadmill training was adopted to set up the model of Rats,high intensity exercise,Using Morris Water Maze to record learning-memory of the rats;Hippocampus neurons apoptosis was examed by the DNA home position terminal sign notation.【Results】Altitude hypoxia and severe fatigue can influence spatial learning and memory;plateau with neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus significantly more than the number of Lanzhou control groups.【Conclusion】In the environment of plateau,severe fatigue can lead to damage in rat hippocampus neurons,causing apoptosis of hippocampal neurons significantly increase,spatial learning and memory abilities were severely affected.
