摘要
运用分岔理论对人-机-环安全系统中的事故发生机制进行深层次研究;事故的演变过程具有典型的混沌特性,在煤矿安全生产这个大系统中,由于管理的缺陷,会导致人因的不安全频率的振荡和物(包括环境)因的不安全频率的振荡,互相作用,反复迭代。这些不安全频率在一定的时空上产生耦合现象,系统就会出现混沌,即可能会导致事故的发生。由此建立基于分岔理论的事故控制模型,并提出控制事故的新理念。安全工作就是要使系统的控制熵保持负值,确保系统从无序向有序的方面发展,实现本质安全化。
Evolutionary process of accidents takes on chaotic characteristics.In the big complex system of coal safety production,the unsafe factors of man and object may occur,oscillate and interact owing to management deficiency.These unsafe factors may couple with each other in certain space-time,so chaos happens in the system and accidents may happen.Based on this,an accident control model is established and new accident control method is put forward.Work safety is to keep control entropy a negative value and to ensure system develops from disorder to order,through which the intrinsic safety can be realized.
