摘要
扩大内销可以对珠三角加工贸易企业转型升级起到提供巨大国内市场空间、促进"研发-生产-销售"完整产业链条的构建、转"候鸟"经济成为"榕树"经济等助力作用。但是受到自主品牌缺失、诸多无形市场障碍存在、国家进口设备税收政策负影响、传统内销管理模式制约严重等因素制约,转型之路并不平坦。应当通过扶植自主品牌、注重知识产权保护、完善国家进口设备税收政策、推动内销便利化等措施促进珠三角加工贸易企业扩大内销。
Enlarging the domestic sale may help provide a huge national market, establish the whole industrial chain in research, manufacture and sale for transforming and upgrading our processing trade enterprises in the Zhujiang River Delta, help transform migratory economy into local economy. But it is not easy due to lack of their own brand, many invisible barriers in the domestic market, the negative effect from the national tax on imported equipment, and the constrains by traditional domestic sale management modes. Some measures can be taken such as supporting their own brand, stressing on protecting intellectual property rights, improving the tax policies, and facilitating domestic sales.
