摘要
以AM、MAA和AMPS等为主要原料合成了一种新型多元共聚物CFL。评价结果表明,CFL在3%钠膨润土基浆中抗温能力在150℃,可抗饱和盐水,抗5%CaCl2,因而具有很好的降滤失性能和良好的抗温、抗盐、抗钙能力以及增粘效果。因此,CFL可用作钻井液及深井钻井液中的增粘降滤失剂,具有良好的应用前景。
A kind of copolymer-CFL is synthesized by AM,MAA,AMPS etc.The evaluation result indicates that it possesses good temperature-resisting,salt-resisting,calcium-resisting properties and viscosifying action.Tests demonstrate that CFL is suitable for using in high temperature of at least 150℃ in 3% sodium bentonite.It could be also used in saturated brine drilling fluid.Its calcium tolerance is over 5%.CFL not only could be used as filtrate reducer but also viscosifer in drilling fluid and deep well drilling fluid.CFL has great application opportunities in the future.
