摘要
以靛蓝和间甲基苯甲酰氯为原料合成了N-间甲基苯甲酰基靛蓝,溶剂为甲苯,缚酸剂为吡啶.对合成的化合物进行了分离、纯化,通过IR1、HNMR、MS等对其进行了表征,并对其进行紫外、荧光性能测定,发现其荧光发射波长处于近红外光谱区.
N-（m-Toluoyl）indigowas synthesized from indigo and（m-Toluoyl）-chloride in the solvent of methylbenzene with the antacid of pyridine.Furoyl-indigo which has been isolated and purified was characterized by IR,1HNMR and MS.The UV spectra and the fluorescent spectra in 5 different solvents were determined.N-（m-Toluoyl）indigo was found that its λEm is in near-infrared region.
