摘要
无论是对国家、社会、个人,文化民生建设都具有重要意义。重视文化民生是坚持和发展马克思主义的内在要求,保障文化民生是时代发展和社会进步的客观需要,改善文化民生是建设中国特色社会主义文化的必然前提。
Whether for the state,social,personal,the people＇s cultural livelihood issues are of great significance.Emphasising on the people＇s cultural livelihood is the inherent requirement of upholding and developing Marxism.Protecting the people＇s cultural livelihood is the objective need of development of the times and social progress.Improving the people＇s cultural livelihood of the people is an inevitable prerequisite of building the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
